Maureen Murdock M.A. is an author, educator, and Jungian-oriented psychotherapist who combines her interest in the mysterious workings of the psyche with a study of mythology and a love of story telling and memoir writing. Maureen has written articles about mental illness and addiction in the family for professional journals and has presented workshops on Harm Reduction Therapy for Families of substance abusers.
Maureen has just completed a memoir entitled Hooked On Hope: A Mother’s Tale, a piece about mental illness from the perspective of being a parent with a bi-polar child.
